Remote Services Remote Service Support:
This service is provided for Category 1 and 2 services remotely.  Your basic network functions must be operational to perform remote services.  Someone must be available on-site for remote services.  Available nationwide.  Not recommended for dial-up service.

This service is provided for individual computer function on a stand-alone basis.  Includes standard OS, application and peripheral functions.

This service is provided for individual network connectivity function on a stand-alone basis.  Includes standard single path network and broadband services including peripheral functions.

** All on-site services are scheduled as a minimum 2 hour Category 1 appointment.  If you are unable to make the scheduled appointment, please call and cancel.  A minimum of 1 hour will be charged if someone is not available or arrangements have not been met.  All canceled appointments must be canceled with a minimum of 24hrs notice.

1. You may purchase Contract Support at anytime. Company checks are accepted.
2. Pre-Paid hours expire after the time period specified.  The billing rate remains constant for the duration of term.  Billing rate for Pre-Paid hours are subject to change after expiration.  Pre-Paid hours are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Rate adjustments are made on a "economic as needed" requirement and do not affect existing contracts.
